With more than 25 years of industrial experience and over 15 years leading Crane Safe Technical Institute, Fidel Thomas is one of Trinidad and Tobago's most experienced heavy equipment trainers. His career spans quality assurance, mechanical supervision, occupational safety, heavy equipment operations and technical instruction across the energy, construction and industrial sectors.
Internationally certified by leading organizations including the Crane Institute of America, Crosby, IVES Training Group and the North American Crane Bureau, he has dedicated his career to developing competent operators through practical, safety-focused training that meets international standards.
